PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR THE SUKHOTHAI PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME (THAILAND) CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY PRESENT AND FUTURE REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAMME.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, The Sukhothai Platinum Membership programme which is administered by The Sukhothai Bangkok, Thailand (operated by Sathorn Park Company Limited, a member of HKR International Limited). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with The Sukhothai Bangkok for products, services or otherwise. The Sukhothai Bangkok reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate The Sukhothai Platinum Membership programme and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guidelines pertaining to The Sukhothai Platinum Membership at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to https://sukhothai.eber.co and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in The Sukhothai Platinum Membership confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to The Sukhothai Platinum Membership Programme. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in The Sukhothai Platinum Membership Programme.
The Sukhothai Platinum Membership is an individual, non-transferable membership card valid at The Sukhothai Bangkok and The Sukhothai Shanghai. The card is the property of the issuing agent. All benefits are subject to presentation of a valid membership and are honored until the expiry date shown on the membership card. The Sukhothai Platinum Membership may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional rebates or offers. Please note that membership is available to residents of Thailand and also Non-Thai residents.
The programme may only be used by individuals aged twenty (20) years or older. If the User is under the age of twenty (20) years, User should review these Terms with User’s parent or guardian to make sure the User and User’s parent or guardian understand them.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how The Sukhothai Bangkok collects, uses and discloses information about its customers.

1. The Sukhothai Platinum Membership fee is THB 11,900 net and valid for one year from the day of purchase.
2. Only one (1) membership or discount may be used per table, visit, party or bill.
3. No parts of the membership can be sold or resold by a third party.
4. Membership benefits are valid until the expiration date stated.
5. The Sukhothai Platinum Membership must be mentioned when make a booking and
must be presented upon arrival at the Hotel.
6. The Sukhothai Platinum Membership has no cash value and remains the property of The
Sukhotha Bangkok.
7. The Sukhothai Platinum Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable and expires within one year of the application date.
8. The Sukhothai Bangkok reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions and benefits pertaining to the Programme at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
9. Use of all E-Certificates is subject to prior reservation, availability & E-Certificate validity.
10. E-Certificates & Membership benefits are not valid conjunction with any other promotions, discounts and offers at The Sukhothai Bangkok.
11. Room Rates must be booked through the hotel website or directly with the hotel. A valid membership must be presented upon check-in to receive benefits. All requests are subject to availability and other restrictions, and cannot be combined with any other special offer, promotion, discount or certificate offer.
12. Accommodation bookings are subject to advance reservation, availability & Hotel room allotment policies.
13. Membership is valid in all The Sukhothai Bangkok during all normal hours of operation.
14. Dining benefits are not available for room service. They are also not applicable for beverages (unless otherwise stated), tax, service charges or tobacco.
15. There is no discount for items from the children's menu. Children below six years old will not be considered as diners.
16. The Sukhothai Platinum Membership cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year's Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father’s Day, Chinese New Year.

โปรดอ่านข้อกำหนดในการใช้โปรแกรมสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม (ประเทศไทย) โดยละเอียด เมื่อเข้าร่วมและ ใช้โปรโมชั่นในโปรแกรมนี้ ท่านตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดตามที่ระบุไว้ ณ ที่นี้ รวมถึงข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดที่รวมไว้ในปัจจุบัน และใช้อ้างอิงได้ในอนาคต หากท่านไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงทั้งหมดเหล่านี้ โปรดอย่าเข้าร่วมในโปรแกรมนี้

ข้อกำหนดการใช้เหล่านี้ ใช้กับการเข้าถึงและเข้าร่วมในโปรแกรมสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม ซึ่งกำหนดโดยโรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ ประเทศไทย (ดำเนินการโดยบริษัท สาทร ปาร์ค จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นสมาชิกในบริษัท เอชเคอาร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด) ข้อกำหนดการใช้เหล่านี้ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด หรือเงื่อนไขในสัญญาอื่นที่ท่านอาจมีกับโรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ ในสินค้า บริการ หรืออื่นใด โรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง และ/หรือตัดออกซึ่งโปรแกรมสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม และ/หรือข้อกำหนดการใช้เหล่านี้ หรือนโยบายใด ๆ คำถามที่พบบ่อย หรือแนวทางใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการเป็นสมาชิกเดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม ได้ทุกเมื่อและภายใต้ดุลพินิจของทางโรงแรมแต่เพียงฝ่ายเดียว การเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือดัดแปลงใด ๆ จะมีผลทันทีเมื่อประกาศการแก้ไขในเว็บไซต์ https://sukhothai.eber.co และท่านขอสละสิทธิ์ใด ๆ ที่ท่านอาจมีในการได้รับแจ้งเป็นการเฉพาะสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือ ดัดแปลงดังกล่าว การมีส่วนร่วมในการเป็นสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม เป็นการยืนยันความยินยอมของท่าน ในการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการใช้เหล่านี้ รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือดัดแปลงใด ๆ ดังนั้น โปรดตรวจสอบรายละเอียดข้อกำหนดการใช้เหล่านี้ให้ครบถ้วน รวมถึงนโยบายที่ใช้ เพื่อจะได้เข้าใจข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในการใช้โปรแกรมสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม หากท่านไม่ตกลงตามข้อกำหนดการใช้ ท่านจะไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ในโปรแกรมสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม นี้ได้
การเป็นสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัมเป็นสิทธิส่วนบุคคล ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิได้ และสามารถใช้สิทธิได้ที่โรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ บัตรนี้เป็นทรัพย์สินของฝ่ายผู้ออกบัตร สิทธิประโยชน์ทั้งหมดใช้ได้โดยการแสดงบัตรที่ ยังไม่หมดอายุ และสามารถใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุตามที่ปรากฏในบัตร บัตรสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดใด ๆ โปรโมชั่นเงินคืน หรือข้อเสนอใด ๆ ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าชาวไทยหรือชาวต่างชาติก็สามารถ เป็นสมาชิกได้
โปรแกรมนี้เหมาะสำหรับบุคคลที่อายุตั้งแต่ยี่สิบ (20) ปีขึ้นไป หากผู้ใช้มีอายุต่ำกว่ายี่สิบ (20) ปี ผู้ใช้ต้องศึกษารายละเอียดของข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้โดยปรึกษาผู้ปกครองของผู้ใช้ เพื่อทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าผู้ใช้ หรือผู้ปกครองของผู้ใช้เข้าใจ ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
โปรดอ่านเงื่อนไขที่ระบุตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง เพื่อจะได้เข้าใจวิธีการจัดเก็บ ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับลูกค้าของโรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ

1. ค่าธรรมเนียมสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม จำนวน 11,900 บาทถ้วน มีอายุหนึ่งปีนับตั้งแต่วันที่ชำระเงิน
2. สามารถใช้บัตรสมาชิกหนึ่ง (1) ใบ หรือส่วนลดอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ในการชำระเงินต่อโต๊ะ ต่อครั้งที่เข้าพัก ต่อหนึ่งงานเลี้ยง หรือต่อหนึ่งใบเสร็จ
3. บัตรสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม ไม่สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดได้ และยังคงเป็นทรัพย์สินของโรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ
4. สิทธิประโยชน์ในการรับประทานอาหารไม่รวมถึงบริการรูมเซอร์วิส และไม่รวมถึงเครื่องดื่ม (เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้) ภาษี ค่าบริการ หรือบุหรี่
5. ไม่มีส่วนลดสำหรับเมนูสำหรับเด็ก ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับเด็กที่มีอายุต่ำกว่าหกปี
6. เรทราคาห้องพักที่ดีที่สุด ต้องเป็นราคาที่จองผ่านเว็บไซต์ของโรงแรม หรือจองโดยตรงกับทางโรงแรม ท่านต้องแสดงบัตรสมาชิกที่ยังไม่หมดอายุกับทางโรงแรมในขณะเช็คอินเพื่อรับสิทธิประโยชน์ ความต้องการของ ลูกค้าทั้งหมด ย่อมต้องขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมในการให้บริการ และข้อจำกัดต่าง ๆ ด้วยเช่นกัน สิทธิประโยชน์ของ สมาชิกไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับข้อเสนอพิเศษ โปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด หรือบัตรข้อเสนออื่น ๆ
7. บัตรสมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัมไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิได้ และจะหมดอายุภายในหนึ่งปี นับตั้งแต่วันที่สมัคร
8. โรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเพิ่มเติม ดัดแปลง ตัดออก หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎ ขั้นตอน เงื่อนไข และสิทธิประโยชน์ใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม โดยใช้ดุลพินิจของทางโรงแรมฝ่ายเดียว และไม่จำต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า
9. สิทธิประโยชน์ในบัตรสมาชิกจะใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุตามที่ระบุไว้บนบัตร
10. การใช้บัตรสมาชิกออนไลน์ทั้งหมด จะใช้สิทธิได้เมื่อมีการจองล่วงหน้า ในเวลาที่ยังไม่มีผู้ใช้สิทธิ และบัตรสมาชิกออนไลน์ ต้องยังไม่หมดอายุ
11. บัตรสมาชิกออนไลน์และสิทธิประโยชน์ของสมาชิกไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นใด ส่วนลด หรือข้อเสนอใด ๆ ที่โรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ
12. ข้อตกลงในการจองห้องต้องเป็นไปตามการจองห้องล่วงหน้า จำนวนห้องว่างขณะที่จอง และนโยบายการจัดสรรห้อง ของโรงแรม
13. สามารถใช้สิทธิในบัตรสมาชิกได้ในห้องอาหารทุกห้องทั้งที่โรงแรม สุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ ในเวลาทำการปกติ
14. สิทธิประโยชน์ใด ๆ ของสมาชิกไม่ขายต่อให้กับบุคคลที่สามได้
15. บัตรสมาชิกเดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม ไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์หรือช่วงเทศกาลต่างๆ เช่น วันคริสต์มาส หรือวันปีใหม่ หรือวันที่มี โปรโมชั่น เช่น วันวาเลนไทน์ วันแม่ วันพ่อ และวันตรุษจีน
16 สมาชิก เดอะ สุโขทัย แพลทินัม ต้องแสดงบัตรสมาชิกผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน เมื่อถึงห้องอาหาร และต้องระบุการเป็นสมาชิกไว้ขณะจอง
